NTC Forensics provides technical support services for law enforcement and regulatory agencies in the El Paso region. If an investigation or inquiry requires the acquisition and analysis of information stored on a computer or digital device we can provide services on a case-by-case or on-call basis.
Many law enforcement and regulatory organizations do not have the resources to equip, train and maintain a local staff for the processing of digital evidence. NTC Forensics can offer the fully trained and equipped staff required to process digital devices and media in a secure, accurate and cost-effective manner.
We do not accept work that might compromise our ability to effectively serve the law enforcement or regulatory community.
No Charge Consulting
We offer no charge consultations for law enforcement and regulatory personnel. We can help identify the next steps to take in certain situations, discuss evidence preservation, or just provide a sounding board for working through a problem. Should an investigator have a question about digital forensics and need a professional opinion we are always happy to help out. And of course ALL our client information is kept confidential.
Access to Our Laboratory Facilities
NTC Forensics supports law enforcement by allowing access to our lab facilities on an as needed basis. Should we have a piece of software or hardware needed for an investigation we are happy to share. Case-By-Case or Contract Services
Should the need for third-party data collection or forensic analysis arise we can be engaged for the processing of digital evidence in a specific case on a per-hour or per-item basis. We can also offer on-call contracts to provide services over a period of time, generally at reduced rates. The needs of each agency and each case are different, and we do our best to meet those needs and exceed expectations.
Secure & Reliable Processing
At NTC Forensics our processes and procedures are designed to insure that the chain of custody is maintained and that the integrity of the evidence we process is never compromised. We have the capability to image most devices while they are in the custody of the investigator. We can then perform our analysis on the created image, which is kept in our labs secure storage area. We can also schedule lab processing to allow the investigator to be present if required.
Flexible Billing and Payment
Rates for our services are agreed upon at the time of engagement based on the services to be performed. We can work with investigators and budget managers to establish billing and payment terms to work within project or departmental budgets. We accept government purchase cards as well as purchase orders from most agencies.
