Trained and Certified Staff
Our primary forensics investigator, Andrew Neal, is also the President of the company.  He has over 20 years experience working in high technology and information security.  He holds certifications which include Certified Information Forensics Investigator, Certified Information Security Manager, and Certified Secure Commerce Professional. He is also certified as a Cell Phone Examiner and a PDA Examiner.  All work in our lab is performed by Mr Neal or under his direct supervision.

Forensic Workstations & Servers
We use state of the art, dual core workstations for our forensic analysis work.  Our forensic workstations are custom built to our specifications using the best hardware available, including features like 4 monitor desktops, 1 terabyte high performance disk arrays, and multiple interface cards for a variety of media and I/O standards.  We load each workstation with industry leading forensic analysis software, all fully licensed.  And, of course, all workstations are 'scrubbed' and isolated from the internet before we start processing your project.  Our servers are also constructed in house and feature very large redundant disk arrays for storing information on active projects.

Cell Phone & PDA Cables
We have dozens of charging and data interface cables for cell phones, blackberrys and PDA's.  This allows us to power and access a large percentage of the devices in use today.  And as more phone are released by the manufacturers, we increase our collection of cabling.  We also have software specifically designed to allow the forensic analysis of cell phones of other portable electronic devices.

Mobile Lab Equipment
We maintain a mobile response kit that will allow us to access and image most computers and hard drives in the field.  We can walk out the door, on short notice, with everything needed to image or copy well over a terabyte of digital data.  We can then return the imaged data to our lab for analysis, or even analyze it on site if needed.

Cables, Cases and Other Gadgets
Over our 20+ years of technology work we have accumulated quite a variety of cables, external enclosures, converters, power supplies, spare parts and other assorted technology gadgets.  All these devices and pieces of equipment help us make sure we can access most of the digital devices and media types available today.  When we need to access something for which no 'gadget' exists, we make one.
