NTC Forensics is a provider of digital forensics and data recovery services for government agencies, law enforcement, and the private sector.  Put simply, digital forensics is the recovery and analysis of data from a computer or other device using methods that ensure the data is not changed during the process.  These services are provided for the purposes of investigating and documenting possible criminal activity, internal reviews of employee conduct, civil litigation support, and recovery of valuable or proprietary data.  We are NOT a private investigations firm.  We do provide laboratory and other technical services in support of companies, investigators and law enforcement agencies.

NTC Forensics has the only commercial digital forensics lab in the El Paso region.  We offer 24 hour incident response and on site data acquisition throughout West Texas and Southern New Mexico.  We are capable of processing most devices, formats and media types.  Our lab includes a multi-terabyte secure server, forensic write protection for all major hard drive types, and the equipment needed to interface with dozens of different cell phones, PDA's and other devices.  We are truly a fully equipped forensics lab.

In addition to El Paso's only full computer forensics lab, we have the best technical personnel in the area.  Our staff has decades of experience working with high technology, is fully trained in information security and forensics, and hold certifications including Information Security Manager, Information Forensic Investigator, Cell Phone Examiner and PDA Examiner.  Our in-house procedures are designed to protect the identity of our clients, the confidentiality of the data we process, and to fully document the chain of custody for everything we handle.
